The world’s leading institutional investors, prominent company CEOs, an activist, mutual and pension fund peers—yes, even Warren Buffett—gathered together to publish a set of best practices intended to serve as a guide for today’s corporate boards and management.
Needless to say, there were many opinionated responses to the Governance Principles, both positive and negative. On Inside America’s Boardrooms, we devoted an entire episode to discussing the principles and even prodded Former SEC Commissioner Dan Gallagher for his thoughts.
